Recently we see several instances of cyber crimes through popular social media in the news. It is obvious that more and more gangsters use popular online social media to sell drugs, weapons, commit cyber fraud, have prostitution, and even recruit new juvenile delinquents into criminal activities. Parents, school masters and teachers, leaders of communities and churches also express their concerns about this trend. On the other hand, police also notice such trend, and try some counter measures to stop criminals from using online social media to deteriorate social stability.

How to conduct an effective way to monitor links of those suspected social media is the key to crash down most of cyber crimes in our community. It is not an easy task, because those social media are usually intertwined by multiple links with perplexed languages by different circles of anonymous members. By this moment, we also see some successful cases in North America by the cooperation among schools, families and law enforcement agencies in order to prevent cyber crimes into communities.
